Zoning Systems
Got warm or cold spots in your home?
No, It’s not GHOSTS . . .
Your old A/C system might be the problem. And a new Zoning System might be the answer!
Zoning A/C systems allow you to divide your home into multiple “zones,” each with its own temperature control, so you can set different temperatures for different areas, depending on your preferences and usage.
Zoning System Benefits
There are great benefits to installing an AC zoning system in your home, including:
Increased energy efficiency: AC zoning systems allow you to cool only the areas of your home that need it, reducing energy waste and lowering your energy bills.
Improved comfort: With AC zoning systems, you can set different temperatures for different areas of your home, ensuring that each room is as comfortable as possible.
Longer system lifespan: By reducing the workload on your HVAC system, AC zoning systems can help extend the lifespan of your equipment.
Easy installation: AC zoning systems can be installed in new or existing homes, and can often be integrated with your existing HVAC system.
If you’re considering a zoning system for your home, you’ll want an excellent HVAC team (like us!) who can correctly assess your home’s layout and compatibility with your existing equipment, and offer you options that meet your budget and energy efficiency goals.
How Do Zoning Systems Work?
AC zoning systems work by using dampers and thermostats to control the flow of air to each zone in your home.
When a zone calls for cooling, the damper opens and allows cool air to flow into that zone, while the dampers in other zones remain closed. This allows you to direct the cool air where it is needed most, improving efficiency and reducing energy waste.
