Keith came out and inspected my furnace and found that I had two cracks in the heat exchanger. He took the time to show me on his camera that he put into the furnace. He was very nice to talk to and explained everything so I could understand. Put a new furnace in along with Nick, well done. Liliana came out to give a furnace a good inspection before winter. We were getting a buzzing sound. She is excellent. The buzzing was a ID plate on humidifier that got loose and furnace was fine. Had her replace thermostate with more modern one too. Very knowledgeable. Where this company finds such talent I will never know but everyone they send for various electrical, heating cooling and plumbing are excellent.

The entire organization—heating/cooling, electrical, plumbing—is outstanding. We have used all of their services, including adding whole house (8,000 sq. feet) generator a couple of years ago. They cover all of the bases with knowledgeable, service/installation professionals. And to top it off, all of their service folks are personable and genuinely caring. Alex and Bridget were very professional and complete in their warranty check. They completed their task quickly. I would recommend them(one hour) to anyone needing heating and air service or replacement Even though we still were receiving cold air from our system Alex took additional steps and discovered we had a refrigerant leak which was covered under warranty. They will replace the faulty part next week. Most service people would let it go because we were still receiving cold air. Then it would fail at a later date and be out of warranty. We appreciate Alex taking the extra steps to ensure our system remains functional for long period of time

Original call was for routine maintenance, our technician found a leak in the ac coils. We then had a quote done for replacement and a repair. We decided on the replacement of unit because of the warranty offered. The guys doing the install were great! Answered all questions and made sure it worked properly before leaving! Will be using these guys for routine maintenance!
